This project located in the heart of the state's capitol consists of 25,000 square feet of Hanover 4x8 Prest pavers on bituminous setting bed, 3rd floor rooftop work consists of 1,100 square feet of Hanover 24x24 pavers on pedestals and various landscape plantings to include nine shade trees, seven ornamental trees and 2,500 ground covers. The 4th & 6th floor rooftops boasts 450 square feet of Hanover 4x8 pavers on sand setting bed, 7000 square feet of rooftop gardens, 290 cubic yards of light-weight soils, 20 tons of 3/4" stone drip edge, 8 tons of river rock, 1000 square feet of sedum planting, 5000 square feet of prarie grass seeding and 10,000 square feet of rubber safety surfacing. Our talented crews have been working long hours through the winter to ensure the spring completion date is met.
